Frequency Morphogenesis →
The amazing Frequency Morphogenesis by Onni Pohl is now being used for the FMX 09 graphics.  It’s a musical short about the creative power of sound frequencies. Tip of the hat for the very cool concept - read all of it at the FMX website.

T:SCC | Season 2, Episode 21: Adam Raised a Cain
(John Henry stands and stares at the hardware that makes up "The Turk")
John Henry: The human brain is an amazing computer. It's raw clock speed is 20 billion calculations per second. It's storage is functionally infinite, but it's flawed.
Ellison: How's that?
John Henry: There's nowhere to download it when you die.
Ellison: Not exactly, no.

Asics Chinese Zodiac Race
PandaPanther uses stop-motion and CG animation to realize the imaginative imagery of the piece. What I love about the video is the emphasis on courage and personality, the short focuses on each character’s trait throughout the race. The fantastical presentation complements a multi-faceted initiative. Website | Vimeo | More amazement by Asics

Tweenbots →
After the eery, unthinkable, yet poetic T:SCC season finale, this made me feel warm & fuzzy again. A social robot - an NYU student conducts one of the most adorable experiments - tweenbot, a cardboard-bodied, cheerful little bot. Since it can only move forward, it depends on the kindness of strangers to guide it and remove obstacles. via Gizmodo | Tweenbots website & video
